AT A TIME ,ONE TOWER IS UNDER MANUFACTURING AND AT THE SAME TIME OTHER TOWER IS IN RE-GENERATION. RE-GENERATION TAKE PLACE BY DE-PRESURRING TOWER SUDENLY IN ATMOSPHERE.

APPLICATION OF NITROGEN IN FOOD PRODUCT PACKAGING:

 

Namkeen and food manufactured product normally send to the market after manufacturing. Self life of the product is around 20 to 30 days in air. It will take around 3 to 4 month time to consumed in the market. Keeping product healthy and crunchy and crispy for around 6 month if packed in nitrogen atmosphere. PSA Nitrogen is very much suitable and cost efficient for food processing industries to keep the product intact. Use of the nitrogen gas plant is safe and very low running cost in comparison to nitrogen from Nitrogen cylinder.
